1. Policy Statement

Your privacy is important to us. Total Computer IT Services Limited (known as TC-IT Services) take the privacy of our clients seriously.

This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect from you, through our interactions with you and how we use that data.

2. How we receive data and how we may use it

TC-IT Services receive/store your personal or company data when you request IT Support or related services from our company.

This statement explains how we process personal and company data received into our organisation. When you request IT Support from TC-IT Services you MUST consent to us collecting and storing your personal or company information. TC-IT Services will not be able to assist you without you consenting to us storing your data. This may include but is not restricted to your name; contact details; address  plus any other technical information related to your IT Systems.

During telephone conversations and face to face meetings we may collect personal or your company information in order to provide you with IT Support. TC-IT Services will never share personal or company information with a third party without your explicit consent.

Due to the nature of our industry we keep all your technical information on file as we do have repeat support requests even after a long period of time. For this reason, your consent includes explicit consent to retain your personal or company details until such time as you wish us to delete your records from our database or refrain from further engagement.

If you do not consent to TC-IT Services storing your personal or company data, this would make it impossible to provide you with IT support and related services so we would therefore not be able to do so.
