TC-IT Services always respond promptly to our needs and when on-site, support has always been efficient and timely. If we found an IT obstacle or problem, a solution has always been forthcoming. The ease with which they had our business up and running and ready to respond to clients helped us through the early days and gave us the opportunity to 're-think and tweak' automated processes and communication allowing us to improve upon original ideas. In the medium to long term, we will continue to work collaboratively with TC-IT Services who will provide critical 24/7 server support services for our major software investment, our single most important driver for delivering our business to clients.
I would happily recommend TC-IT Services for small businesses such as ours that need external business IT support and solutions (although we'd rather keep TC-IT Services all to ourselves!)

We have been using TC-IT Services since 2009. Initially they helped us to setup a Small Business Server, Exchange based Email and enabling Mobile Access, this had a major impact on how our business worked technology wise. From the start they advised us on the available options and were there from start to finish.
We now have 3 servers and an IP Phone System that has all been installed and supported by TC-IT Services. They helped us with Remote Desktop and VPN access for our staff and have also setup home offices.
