There are three places that you can go to change the privacy and security settings on a Facebook account. To access the settings you need to logon to Facebook and then click the gear icon on the top right hand corner.
Privacy Settings
I suggest setting “Who can see my stuff” to Friends
Under “Who can look me up?” you could either leave it as everyone or change it to Friends of Friends or just Friends.
Timeline and Tagging
Here you can select who can post on your timeline and also who can see things posted on your timeline.
Blocking
Under blocking you can add users to your block list to prevent them seeing anything to do with you account.

I came across an issue where a user account that was not created via the SBS Console was not showing up in the SBS Console or in the POP3 Connector. To get the user to show in the console you need to do the following;
1. Open Active Directory
2. Click View and then Advanced Features
3. Open up the user and go to the Attribute Editor tab
4. Find msSBSCreationState and change the value to Created
This applies to SBS2008 and SBS2011

We are often asked how to convert documents to PDF and I recommend BullZip PDF Printer to do this.
Once installed you simply open the document you want to convert, choose to print it and select BullZip as the printer. You will then be asked where you want to save the new PDF document and that is it.
You can get BullZip PDF Printer from the following link;
