Director / Founder
With round 25 years of experience Matthew has worked with huge and varied range of IT technologies and also in many different industries within the IT field.
Over the years Matthew has always been a key engineer in the IT companies that he worked for and has always excelled. When he started TC-IT Services he had the desire to do things properly and not the way that so many other IT companies go. The key and top priority for his company is to provide an excellent level of customer service with the upmost care to his clients and he ensures that both himself and his staff always adhere to this.
Andrew has been with the company for nearly 5 years now and his skills and knowledge have grown as much as the company has.
Andrew is predominantly office based and his key role at TC-IT Services is managing the helpdesk and our staff workloads. Customer service is what Andrew is all about, he has the patience of a saint, the technical abilities of an IT guru and is always on hand to help our clients.
IT Support Engineer
Chris is a very skilled IT Engineer and an advid PC gamer when he is not working.
Therefore he knows computers and their components inside out and as well as being our in house workshop technician he is also our field engineer for regular support visits.
Accounts and Office Manager
Coming for a banking enviornment; finance, money and HR is Lucy’s thing.
Lucy takes control of all our invoicing, helps to man the phones from time to time and has the big reponsibility of keeping all of us in check.
IT Support Engineer
Salma is our newest recruit and she is a highly efficient and organised person.
Salma comes with a good few years of proven IT skills gained from working at the NHS and most recently as an IT administrator for a local special needs school and college.
